Terms of Service

The service

Capacity Planning is a time-blocking and weekly planning tool. It helps you plan time around your roles and outcomes, review where your time went, and optionally sync with your Google or Microsoft calendars.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to access another user’s data or organization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission.

Your content

You own the content you create in the app — your plans, priorities, reviews, and journal entries. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display that content back to you and to operate the service.

Connected calendars

When you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, you authorize us to read and manage events on the calendars you select, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a calendar at any time in Settings. Events you delete through the app are also deleted from the connected provider.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and improving, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may update features or these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or time arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.
