Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up or sign in (including through Google or Microsoft sign-in).
• Planning data: the roles, outcomes, time blocks, priorities, reviews, and journal entries you create in the app.
• Calendar data: when you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, we read event details (title, time, location, attendees, description) so we can display them in your planner and let you categorize them.

How we use your data

• To provide the planning, scheduling, and review features of the app.
• To sync events you create in the app to the connected calendar you choose.
• To send sign-in links and essential account emails.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your calendar or planning data for advertising.

Google Calendar data

When you connect a Google account, the app requests access to your Google Calendar. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We only use Google Calendar data to show your events in the app and to create, update, or delete events you explicitly manage.
• We never transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to run the service, and never for advertising.
• We never use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
• Your calendar connection tokens are stored encrypted, per user, and are never visible in your browser.

You can disconnect a Google account at any time in Settings, or revoke access entirely from your Google account permissions page.

Who can see your data

• Your planning data is private to you. Organization owners and admins can see usage totals for members, but journal entries are always private to their author.
• Platform staff may access data only to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on hosted infrastructure provided by Lovable Cloud, with row-level access controls so users can only reach their own records. Sign-in is handled over encrypted connections, and calendar connection tokens are stored encrypted.

Your choices

• Disconnect a calendar account at any time in Settings.
• Delete individual events, blocks, priorities, and journal entries in the app.
• Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
